My sister and I got the deep condition treatment off Groupon.  From the minute we walked in the door the relaxation and welcome was amazing. The aesthetics beautiful.  The service phenomenal.  It was the most relaxing they were so friendly knowledgeable and kind. My hair was so dry before the treatment I literally felt like another person. Definitely recommend coming and I will be back. Not to mention 1 of a kind products. I bout the shampoo and scalp mask.. I love it. Thank you again Siyu.

I'm not a self care guy, but my mom needed a Deep Scalp Treatment date and I was her +1. Wow. This was relaxing, peaceful and felt so incredible. They took pictures of my hair, scalp and follicles! Totally weird but they taught me all about my hair health. Princess was lovely and incredible at her job. She made me feel very comfortable.  I highly recommend anyone try this place out.

We traveled in from out of state and found the great reviews here, so went on a whim. It was the best decision we ever made. Siyu and Lucy made us feel comfortable and welcome with water and cookies.

Then they did our scalp and hair tests prior to treatment which gave us a ton of information on our hair and head.

The treatment was absolutely amazing and the entire time your head is getting the maximum pampering, your entire body is getting an amazing massage.

After the treatment, your hair is dried a little and they added some great products, based on our needs. You receive another cookie and wonderful tea.

You have another scalp and head test and they sent us away with some beautiful bracelets. Thank you!

My daughter and I visited Siyu Hair SPA recently and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Lucy and Tiffany. This was our first time at a hair spa, so we weren’t sure what to expect, but were hoping for a relaxing experience. Siyu Hair SPA delivered 110%! They start by taking pictures of your hair, a little strange if you’ve never seen your hair and follicles under a microscope, but cool nonetheless! This allows the staff to recommend the best services based specifically on your hair. We stuck with the standard service because it was our first time, and the entire process was very relaxing. From the full body massage chairs to the hair massage, to the shoulder massage at the end, the entire experience was wonderful! My hair has NEVER felt so clean. We will definitely be back again soon!

We got the deep scalp treatment off of Groupon for my husband & I. Had a great chat with the husband owner when making our appointment. He is an Army veteran.

We arrived a little early but were greeted immediately and got started right away.

Process was getting settled in massage chair with a blanket. An eye mask and some eucalyptus to open up the sinuses. Then onto the scalp- exfoliation, washing, oiling, mask & steam, dry towel, warm wet towel. I do wish the process used the water arch more- it was phenomenal. Lots of water being used but not one drop got on my face. :)

Sometimes I feel like you get poorer service when using Groupon, this was not the case here. The ladies were attentive and focused on us. I felt like we got their best!

The camera wasn’t working but should be fixed in the next month.

My husband and I had such a good experience at Siyu with Lucy, the owner, and her technician.  It was our first time at a Scalp Spa and did not know what to expect.  I was recommended Siyu by a friend and decided to give it a try since I've been concerned about my thinning and hair loss being in menopause.  Not only was it relaxing, but we were educated about our scalp.  A camera wand took images of our scalp in order to analyze the health of it.  We were able to see how many follicles we had: how many strands of hair coming out of each follicle: dead space where there no longer any follicles: and whether our scalp was oily or dry...The visual was amazing and led to so many questions.  Lucy answered all of them and it made so much sense.  Needless to say, we will be back for more treatments in order to take care of our scalp health.  We focus so much on facial skin care that we neglect our scalp.  Not anymore!  I want to have a healthy scalp so that I don't lose anymore hair and even hope for new hair growth!  Thank you!

This is a "pre-review" since my appointment is tomorrow. But I had to stop by and make sure to leave 5 stars on both Google and Yelp for both ease of booking and service. Booked online and paid my deposit a few days ago. But I had a last minute change and had to call Siyu directly. I spoke with Charlie who was SO pleasant and helpful. He really went above and beyond to help update my appointment information, when he could've just said "it wasn't possible, due to being overbooked" and went on with his day.

Just the customer service experience from that phone call made me so excited to bring my mom here for her 55th birthday!

Siyu Hair Spa is truly a hidden gem. From the moment I booked, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Charlie was incredibly accommodating, managing to fit us in at the last minute and making the whole process so easy. What really set this experience apart was the personal touch—they actually picked us up and dropped us off for our appointments. I can’t remember the last time a business went above and beyond like that.

They recently celebrated their 1-year anniversary, and it’s clear why they’ve built such a loyal following. This wife and husband owners are so genuine and kind. It’s rare to find a place that not only delivers high-quality service and uses top-notch products, but also genuinely cares about their clients instead of just trying to upsell or rush through appointments.
